In the best interests of your health and well-being, we will not answer personal medical questions via this website or our social media. If you need medical advice outside of clinic hours, call Healthline on 0800 611 116.
If you are looking to speak to one of our clinicians for advice, please call us on 0800 372 546 and we will direct your call to the most appropriate person.
You can make an appointment by filling out the Ask for an Appointment form. We'll call you back and book your appointment while we are talking to you.
If you need to cancel your appointment, use the Cancel my Appointment form.
You can also phone the clinic yourself. Use the Clinic Finder feature to find the clinic nearest you.
Professional training and development
Contact our Professional Training and Development team for information about our courses for doctors, nurses, midwives and other clinicians working in sexual and reproductive health.
Contact your local health promoter for information about our programmes for young people, their parents or caregivers, teachers and community workers.
If you’re a teacher, school nurse, youth worker or community worker, you can also Ask for an Online Consultation with our health promoters.
