In the best interests of your health and well-being, we will not answer personal medical questions via this website or our social media. If you need medical advice outside of clinic hours, call Healthline on 0800 611 116.
Professional training and development
Contact our Professional Training and Development team for information about our courses for doctors, nurses, midwives and other clinicians working in sexual and reproductive health.
Health Promotion
Contact your local health promoter for information about our programmes for young people, their parents or caregivers, teachers and community workers.
If you’re a teacher, school nurse, youth worker and community worker, you can also Ask for an Online Consultation with our health promoters.

If you want to give feedback, a compliment or make a complaint about any aspect of our clinical services you can do any of the following:
- Complete a feedback form and give it to a staff member in the clinic
- Talk with the manager at the clinic you visited

Make sure you give us your name, email address and the name of the clinic (if you visited one) so we can contact you.
If you are unhappy with our clinical services, our confidentiality or your privacy you can contact the Health and Disability Commissioner or the Privacy Commissioner.
Students who have attended a Professional Training and Development course should follow the Professional Training and Development (PTD) Complaints Procedure.
