APPOINTMENTS

To make or change an appointment with Family Planning, call your local Family Planning clinic between 8am and 6pm on weekdays. Use the Clinic Finder to find the clinic nearest you.

During the weekend (from 6pm Friday until 8am Monday) you can request an appointment by filling in the Ask for an Appointment form. We will call you back and book your appointment.  

If you need to cancel your appointment, use the Cancel my Appointment form.

PERSONAL Medical QUESTIONS

Please contact your local Family Planning clinic for personal medical questions. We will not answer health questions via this website or social media. If you need health advice outside of clinic hours, call Healthline on 0800 611 116.

Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech-impaired

If you're Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech-impaired, you can use the New Zealand Relay Service (NZ Relay) to contact our clinics.

Professional training and development

Contact our Professional Training and Development team for information about our courses for doctors, nurses, midwives and other clinicians working in sexual and reproductive health.

Health Promotion 

Contact your local health promoter about programmes for young people, their parents or caregivers, teachers and community workers. If you’re a teacher, school nurse, youth worker or community worker, you can also Ask for an Online Consultation with our health promoters.
