Publications
We have published a MP Briefing for all MPs elected at last year’s election.
The briefing gives MPs details of the current situation for reproductive rights, 15-19 year-old pregnancy outcomes, sexually transmissible infections and the impact of alcohol and gender-based violence.
It identifies five actions that would improve outcomes and make a positive impact on people’s lives, especially young people. The briefing calls for:
- Sexual and reproductive health sector leadership and co-ordination
- Policy and legislative reform
- Availability, access, acceptability and quality of services
- Comprehensive sexuality education
- Workforce development
