If you need to make an appointment you can call the clinic between 8am and 6pm on weekdays. Use the Clinic Finder to find the clinic nearest you.

After hours, you can request an appointment by filling out the Ask for an Appointment form. This form is available after 6pm weekdays and during the weekend. Fill out your details and we will call you back and book your appointment. When we call to make your appointment, we will use our Hamilton phone number which is 07 959 1610.
