Updated 13 September 2022
Our 'Covid-19 information for clients' page has been updated to reflect the end of the COVID-19 Protection Framework.
WEAR A MASK
If you're having a face-to-face appointment at one of our clinics, you will be required to wear a face mask on arrival at the clinic and during your appointment. This includes support people. A face mask should go over your nose, mouth and chin.
If you have a medical condition or disability that makes it difficult to wear a mask, let us know in advance, so we can make arrangements to assess you safely.
HAND SANITIZER USE
All visitors to our clinics are encouraged to use hand sanitizer, which is available when you arrive and as you leave the clinic.
FEELING UNWELL?
Please do not come to the clinic if you are sick – stay at home and call the clinic. We will rebook you for a phone appointment if appropriate. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can also use the Cancel my Appointment form.
Family Planning has clinics located throughout New Zealand. Use the clinic finder to find your nearest clinic.
