ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to be part of Family Planning and to provide leadership and advice around our quality, audit, safety and risk functions. Reporting to the National Director, Operations, you will maintain our quality improvement programme which enables us to provide optimum client care, exceptional service delivery and a safe workplace.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and successfully manage multiple tasks to meet time frames.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Health Sector.
- Understanding of quality improvement frameworks and processes.
- Sound experience with audit procedures.
- High attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
