  • Our Vision – Equity, Access and Choice
  • Leading provider of sexual and reproductive health services

ABOUT OUR WORK

Family Planning is New Zealand's leading sexual and reproductive health service provider. We believe everyone should have access to quality services and information so they can make informed choices about their sexual and reproductive health.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have one permanent vacancy and one fixed term vacancy available at our inbound Client Contact Centre based in Tristram Street, Hamilton. Both roles are offering 20 hours each week to be worked between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8.00am - 5.00pm on a rostered basis.

In this role you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls to Family Planning. You will be the first point of contact for our clients wanting to access our services and make an appointment. You will be expected to uphold client confidentiality and provide a high level of customer service at all times. You will also be providing information about our services and directing calls to other areas of Family Planning.

We are looking for team players who are reliable, punctual and adaptable to rapid change, and can offer flexibility around hours of work. It is essential that you are empathetic, non-judgmental and display a high level of integrity.

In addition, the successful applicants will have:

  • A minimum of one year experience within a contact centre or customer service role.
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Well-developed communication skills and excellent phone manner.

If this sounds like you, send us your application along with a cover letter telling us why these hours work for you and which role you would like to apply for (permanent or fixed term). Please also include examples of how you will enhance our team!
