ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Family Planning. This is a newly created role reporting to the Financial Controller where you will be part of a small dedicated Finance team. This is a permanent full-time role based in Wellington, however we are open to discussing flexible options around other locations such as Auckland.


In this role you will be providing data and information to support management decision making. Undertaking data analysis, financial modelling and process improvement to allow high quality service delivery across Family Planning. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to contribute at a strategic level and make a meaningful impact on improving access to our services. 


We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:



  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • Proven quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluative skills

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of management accounting and financial management principles and practices 

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Communication skills, both written and oral, to suit experts and non-financial audiences
