Exceptional clinical service resulting in satisfied clients and great word-of-mouth were the clear outcomes of Family Planning’s nationwide 2010 Client Satisfaction Survey.

Nearly 80% of clients had heard of Family Planning via word-of-mouth, demonstrating that our satisfied customers are spreading the word about where to get affordable and confidential sexual and reproductive health services.

This ties in with results that over 97% of clients surveyed stated that they would recommend Family Planning to others.

From respect for privacy to explanations by medical staff, overwhelmingly the feedback was that Family Planning delivered above expectations. 30% of Family Planning clients get their appointment on the same day they make a booking enquiry.

The majority of Family Planning’s client base is made up by women aged 17 – 24 years, but nearly 10% are in the 40+ years bracket, reflecting the range of services available, including cervical smears, and consultations for menopause and gynaecological problems, such as heavy bleeding.
