We are a national provider of sexual and reproductive health services. Our contact details are listed on this page. Please note we will not give personal medical advice, make or change appointments by email or by social media. 


You can make an appointment at our clinics by filling out our Ask for an Appointment form. We'll then call you at the time you choose and book your appointment while we are talking to you.

You can also phone the clinic yourself. Use our Clinic Finder feature to find the location and contact details for our clinics.

Clinical training

Contact our clinical training and development team for information about our courses about workshops for doctors, nurses, midwives and other clinicians working in sexual and reproductive health.

Health Promotion Programmes/Education Enquiries

Contact your local health promoter for information about our programmes and education for young people, their parents or caregivers, teachers and community workers.

If you’re a teacher, school nurse, youth worker and community worker, you can also Ask for an Online Consultation with our health promoters.

We welcome and rely on your feedback so we can improve our service. 

If you want to give feedback, a compliment or make a complaint about any aspect of our clinical services you can do any of the following:

  • Complete a feedback form and give it to a staff member in the clinic or talk with the manager at the clinic you visited
  • Email us 
  • Complete the contact form below

Make sure you give us your name, email address and the name of the clinic (if you visited one) so we can get in touch and follow up with you.

If you are unhappy with our clinical services, our confidentiality or your privacy you may also like to contact the Health and Disability Commissioner or the Privacy Commissioner.

Students who have attended a Clinical Training and Development course should follow the Clinical Training and Development (CTD) Complaints Procedure.
