Making sure we consistently deliver high-quality sexual and reproductive healthcare services is very important to Family Planning.
You can help us to improve our services by telling us what we did well or what we can do better – just follow our feedback and complaints process.
We carry out a client experience survey each year and encourage clients to complete a survey form.
We also carry out evaluations at the end of courses and projects.
