Family Planning staff will ensure that our clients have access to information on their rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights.

Family Planning staff will inform any client who wishes to make a complaint about Family Planning staff or its practices about our complaints procedure.

To make a complaint about any aspect of Family Planning services please talk with the manager at the centre or service location where you accessed our services.
