When you arrive at the Clinic

 

When you arrive at the Family Planning Clinic, you will be greeted by a medical receptionist. 

They will ask for your name and may check that your details are still correct and up to date.

Once they have confirmed your appointment you can take a seat in our waiting area until the Doctor or Nurse is ready to see you.

Our medical receptionists are well trained in the area of sexual and reproductive health and respect your right to access our confidential service.

We have free information pamphlets in our reception area, which you are more than welcome to take home.
