Clinical Training for Health Professionals

 

Family Planning is a registered private training establishment and a recognised provider of specialised education in sexual and reproductive health for primary health care professionals.  Courses are offered throughout New Zealand.

 

Family Planning is contracted by the Ministry of Health to provide some free training to specific primary health care professionals. 

 

Fee paying places may be available for learners not eligible under the contract.

 

Some courses are fee paying only.

 

Registration is essential for all courses. 

                       

In addition to the Ministry of Health funded courses, the local Family Planning co-ordinator can assist you to create a course to meet the particular needs of your clinical staff.

 

If you have a large group of clinical staff who would like to attend one of our standard courses you can also talk to your local co-ordinator about this.
